Let's talk about your space

Blueprint 1122 is an affiliate of The Church of Eleven22.

We've built campuses from 300 to 3,000 seats, in permanent and portable settings.

01 · Who we are

We made the mistakes, so you don't have to.

Since 2012, the staff at Blueprint 1122 have built and operated over 500,000 square feet of real estate in Northeast Florida. Through years of hands-on experience with campuses ranging from 300 to 3,000 seats in both permanent and portable settings, we've discovered what works best to help ministries grow and thrive. Our seasoned professionals in AVL, interior design, portable and construction project managers focus on the worship experience and ministry objectives, always striving for excellence without excess.

We build the building, and you build the church.

02 · What we do

From first sketch to first service

01

Design & Programming

Design and ministry programming, AVL design, and interior design finishes shaped around how your church actually worships and gathers.

02

Construction Management

Permitting, competitive RFPs, contractor selection, and construction management, with church experience behind every decision.

03

Execution & Beyond

Signage and wayfinding, Owner Direct Purchasing (ODP), and FFE execution so the space is ready for ministry on day one.

03 · How it feels

Groundbreaking to grand opening, without the guesswork

Most church leaders will only build once. We've done it again and again: the permits, the change orders, the AVL install the week before launch. Our job is to carry the construction burden so your team can stay focused on people, not punch lists.

04 · Not sure where to start?

What are you planning?

Most churches get pointed to free resources, not a sales pitch.
